Northern Wyoming Surgical Center has two operating rooms frequently referred to as suites.  These ORs are equipped with state of the art equipment and instrumentation.  This is where you will have surgery.  The personnel working in the OR are very experienced, welll trained and have worked with your surgeon many times.  The 'OR Team' will do their very best to complete your surgery thoroughly and in a timely manner.  The anesthesia provider will induce a sleep for the patient. That same provider will wake up the patient in the OR when the procedure is over.  From here, the patient is transported to the acute care unit for further recovery. 

NWSC also maintains a level of emergency equipment should an adverse situation occur.
