Insurance Information

Northern Wyoming Surgical Center

We accept most major insurance and managed care plans. Please check with you insurance company regarding any pre-admission or pre-certification guidelines that may be required.

We are happy to file your claim with your insurance company and provide them with any information they may need to process your claim. You are responsible for any co-payment or co-insurance amounts per your benefit plan design. We have several options available in regards to settling you account balance.

Cash – includes money orders and personal checks
Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express
Care Credit – the financing plan we offer as a separate line of credit to cover you and your family member’s healthcare needs.

A prompt payment discount of 20% will be applied to your Co-insurance amount if payment in full is received within 10 days of being billed.

Please be aware that you will receive separate bills from your surgeon, your anesthesiologist and for any other professional services you receive while at the center.
