Dr. Charles Welch, has been a Board Certified surgeon through the American Board of Surgery since 1997 and performs both General and Vascular Surgery.

Dr. Welch performs General Surgery on an outpatient basis at Northern Wyoming Surgical Center. Some of the procedures he performs include Laparoscopic Cholectomy, Gallbladder Surgery, Hernia‚ Breast Biopsy, and other general surgical cases. In addition to General Surgical procedures, Dr. Welch also performs Colonoscopies and Endoscopies.
